Honesty. Integrity. Horsemanship.
ABOUT
EDWARD L. GRAHAM
Pictured - Nat Grew
Former assistant to famed steeplechase trainer F. Bruce Miller for 11 years, to whom I am grateful for sharing so much of his knowledge and horsemanship with me. Horsemanship. It's a word that means so much, but has unfortunately fallen to the wayside nowadays. I pride myself on being a horseman, and not just a trainer. I am completely hands on in my barn, and I strive every single day to do the right thing by each and every horse entrusted in my care. I won my first graded stake in 2014 when Hardest Core won the G1 Arlington Million, and also won the G3 American St. Leger with Postulation in 2017. I accomplished both feats with a string of less than 10 horses at the time. Training accomplishments include:
Hardest Core - 1st G1 Arlington Million (Arlington); 2nd G2 Singspiel S. (Woodbine); 1st Cape Henlopen S. (Delaware)
Postulation - 1st G3 American St. Leger S. (Arlington) 2nd G3 Kentucky Turf Cup S. (Kentucky Downs) 1st Cape Henlopen S. (Delaware)
Lola Beaux (Ire)-3rd Riskaverse S. (Saratoga); 2nd G3 Commonwealth Oaks (Laurel)
True Egyptian - 3rd Zagora Stakes (Belmont)
Leafy Shade (Ire) - 3rd Deuling Grounds Oaks (Kentucky Downs)
War Baby - 2nd Northern Fling S. (Presque Isle)
Dr. Skip - 3rd Wm. Entenmann Hurdle Stakes (Belmont); 2nd David Semmes Memorial S. G2 (Great Meadow); 1st Ratings Handicap (Saratoga)
Rainbows For Luck - 3rd New Jersey Hunt Cup Stakes (Far Hills); 1st Radnor Hunt Cup Timber S. (Radnor) *at the age of 12*
Nat Grew - 1st My Lady's Manor Timber S. (Monkton)
Deeliteful Star - 3rd Brookmeade S. (Colinial Downs); 2nd Brookmeade S. (Colonial Downs)
